The subject of the study is the customs processing of these cargo flows. The purpose of the work is to study the technology of processing international railway cargo flows. The qualification work analyzed the current state of international railway transportation, identified the main problems that lead to increased downtime at the border of Ukraine, reduced efficiency of international transportation and customs operations. An analysis of scientific works on the topic of the work was conducted. Метою дослідження є визначення потрібного числа колій в парках технічної станції для заданих умов експлуатації. У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено комплексне дослідження питань організації роботи прикордонної технічної станції з акцентом на обґрунтування параметрів її колійного розвитку. Проаналізовано наукові підходи до розрахунку залізничних станцій, зокрема методи визначення числа колій у приймальновідправних і сортувальних парках. Розрахунки виконано з урахуванням середньозваженої тривалості заняття колії поїздом та розрахункового інтервалу прибуття. Окремо розглянуто питання організації митних процедур у тимчасових зонах контролю для вагонів міжнародного сполучення. Запропоновано систему динамічних показників для оцінки технічного забезпечення інфраструктури станцій. Досліджено еволюцію структурних схем залізничних станцій, а також представлено методологію змістовно-сутнісного підходу до їх аналізу. Отримані результати можуть бути використані для модернізації прикордонних технічних станцій підвищення ефективності перевізного процесу.; EN: Object of the study is the operation process of a border technical railway station. The purpose of the research is to determine the required number of tracks in the station yards under specified operating conditions. The qualification work presents a comprehensive study on the organization of operations at a border technical station, with an emphasis on substantiating the parameters of its track layout. Scientific approaches to the calculation of railway stations are analyzed, particularly methods for determining the number of tracks in receiving-departure and classification yards. Calculations are performed considering the weighted average track occupation time by trains and the estimated arrival interval. Special attention is given to the organization of customs procedures in temporary control zones for wagons in international traffic. A system of dynamic indicators for assessing the technical infrastructure of railway stations is proposed. The evolution of structural schemes of railway stations is examined, and a conceptual-content methodology for their analysis is presented.
