Для досягнення поставленої мети і вирішення ключових завдань використано такі методи: порівняльний аналіз і графічний метод, систематизація і класифікація, системний підхід, моделювання та матричний аналіз, структурно-функціональний, морфологічний аналіз, метод Делфі та економіко-статистичні методи. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає в поглибленні теоретичних засад, удосконаленні методичних підходів і практичних рекомендацій щодо стратегічного управління економічною безпекою підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах цифрової економіки. Найбільш важливі результати дослідження, що містять елементи наукової новизни, полягають у такому: удосконалено теоретичні засади стратегічного управління економічною безпекою підприємств залізничного транспорту, адаптивну модель управління економічною безпекою підприємств залізничного транспорту, організаційно-економічний механізм забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємств залізничного транспорту, підхід до розроблення та вибору оптимальної стратегії забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах цифровізації, мультиплікативну методику оцінювання рівня економічної безпеки підприємств залізничного транспорту; набула подальшого розвитку стратегічна модель забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємств залізничного транспорту. Практична значущість отриманих результатів має високий прикладний потенціал і полягає у можливості імплементації розроблених інструментів у діяльність підприємств залізничного транспорту для зміцнення їх стратегічної стійкості. Запропоновані рекомендації дозволять модернізувати систему економічної безпеки підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах цифрової трансформації. Галуззю використання результатів є залізничний транспорт.; EN: The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical provisions, methodological approaches, and practical recommendations for the strategic management of the economic security of railway transport enterprises in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. To achieve the set goal and solve key tasks, the following methods were used: comparative analysis and the graphical method, systematization and classification, the systems approach, modeling and matrix analysis, structural-functional and morphological analysis, the Delphi method, and economic-statistical methods. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the deepening of theoretical foundations and the improvement of methodological approaches and practical recommendations regarding the strategic management of the economic security of railway transport enterprises in the digital economy. The most significant research results containing elements of scientific novelty include: the improvement of the theoretical foundations of strategic management of economic security for railway transport enterprises; an adaptive management model for the economic security of railway transport enterprises; the organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the economic security of railway transport enterprises; an approach to developing and selecting an optimal strategy for ensuring the economic security of railway transport enterprises in the context of digitalization; and a multiplicative methodology for assessing the level of economic security of railway transport enterprises. Furthermore, the strategic model for ensuring the economic security of railway transport enterprises has been further developed. The practical significance of the results holds high applied potential and lies in the possibility of implementing the developed tools into the operations of railway transport enterprises to strengthen their strategic stability. The proposed recommendations will allow for the modernization of the economic security system of railway transport enterprises under digital transformation. The main provisions and recommendations have been utilized by various enterprises, including those in the railway transport sector.
