Abstract: UA: Управління витратами вимагає не тільки цілеспрямованого планування та регулювання витрат на основі застосування не тільки диференційованих технічно і економічно обґрунтованих норм витрат, а й аналізу, контролю їх виконання, а також постійного оновлення нормативної бази розрахунку витрат. Актуальним є визначення місця, яке займають експлуатаційні витрати в системі витрат залізничного транспорту, як вони відносяться на собівартість перевезень, встановити критерії визначення складу робіт за господарствами, що утворюють експлуатаційні витрати, та дослідити підходи до обліку експлуатаційних витрат підприємств залізничного транспорту. Експлуатаційні витрати – це грошове вираження поточних витрат залізниць на здійснення перевезень, величина яких, поділена на обсяг виконаних перевезень, складає собівартість транспортування одиниці вантажу, пасажира, багажу чи пошти. До них належать витрати експлуатаційної і підсобно-допоміжної діяльності з обслуговування експлуатаційної діяльності (крім витрат, що відшкодовуються за рахунок додаткових зборів та платежів).; EN: Cost management requires not only purposeful planning and cost management based on the application of not only differentiated technically and economically sound cost standards, but also analysis, control of their implementation, as well as constant updating of the regulatory base of cost calculation. It is relevant to determine the place occupied by operating costs in the system of costs of rail transport, how they relate to the cost of transport, to establish criteria for determining the composition of works on farms that form operating costs, and to explore approaches to accounting for operating costs of railway undertakings. Operating costs are the monetary expression of the running costs of the railways, the cost of which is divided by the volume of transport performed, constituting the cost of transporting a unit of cargo, passenger, luggage or mail. Стратегія перевірена на реальних біржових даних ф'ючерсного контракту на фондовий індекс E-mini S&P 500 методом тестування в реальному часі.; EN: The article discusses the tools of the theory of market profile used to analyze the distribution of exchange volumes, as well as the principles of practical application of the analysis of the flow of orders and scalping elements. This paper proposes its own intraday trading strategy based on the assumption that the traders have open unprofitable positions on the market based on data from the report on changes in the open interest of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and their identification using non-standard application of market profile and scalping tools, which makes it possible to adopt effective trading decisions. Using the tools for analyzing the volume of transactions of market auction participants - the levels of the value area, we identified the zones of possible concentration of open unprofitable positions, which in the future can be massively closed, creating a price impulse. Using scalping tools - Level I and Level II (the flow of transactions and market depth), changes in the nature of the dynamics of the flow of orders of participants in a market auction were analyzed. The strategy was tested on real stock data of a futures contract on the E-mini S&P 500 stock index by real-time testing. In today's economic environment, the most appropriate is the multi-channel financing system, as it enables the provision of healthcare facilities with financial resources from various sources. Formation of a multichannel financing system for the development of health facilities of JSC Ukrainian Railways is proposed. Thus, the main source of financing for the provision of medical services to railway workers will be the insurance contributions of railway undertakings and the contributions of workers deducted from wages. Another source of funding for the provision of innovative health care services for railway workers and other segments of the population is insurance-based contributions, ie the formation of a patient's medical savings account. We also propose financial support for the development of healthcare facilities of JSC Ukrainian Railways on the basis of providing paid services to the population who do not participate in other financing systems. One of the financial security instruments is the investment fund for the development of healthcare facilities of JSC Ukrainian Railways, which will implement innovative projects for the development and implementation of innovative medical services and products on a project basis. The system of state methods aimed at the implementation of preferential tax policy, various credits, subsidies, targeted financing of research, increase of tax benefits, providing a favorable innovation climate, which is a widespread trend, plays the main role in stimulating innovation activity. Benefits plus competition provide high demand for innovation and research. Regular revision of benefits allows the state to purposefully stimulate innovation activity in priority sectors, to influence not only the structure and number of scientific organizations, but also the structure of production.
