Обґрунтовано роль малого підприємництва у забезпеченні економічного розвитку та визначено його ключові конкурентні переваги. Розглянуто основні проблеми функціонування малих підприємств, серед яких обмеженість фінансових ресурсів, недостатня технічна оснащеність, дефіцит кваліфікованих кадрів та недостатній рівень управлінських компетентностей. Визначено можливості цифрової трансформації щодо оптимізації бізнес-процесів, підвищення якості обслуговування клієнтів, удосконалення управління та формування нових джерел доходу. On the one hand, they have higher organizational flexibility compared to large enterprises, and on the other hand, they face limited financial, human and technological resources. Therefore, it is urgent to search for such models of digital transformation that will allow small businesses to obtain economic effect without excessive increase in costs and risks in modern market conditions. It is market flexibility that forms one of the key competitive advantages of small businesses in conditions of instability. After all, small businesses have the opportunity to concentrate resources on individual market segments, quickly change methods of sales and communication with consumers, as well as use new technologies without the need to restructure the existing organizational structure. However, small businesses often face a number of problems in their activities, including insufficient technical equipment, limited financial resources, a shortage of qualified personnel, an insufficient level of managerial competencies and underdevelopment of the infrastructure to support entrepreneurship. Under such conditions, digital transformation should not be considered separately from the general problems of small businesses, but as a tool for gradually overcoming them. Today, the use of digital technologies provides small businesses with a number of opportunities, including the optimization of monotonous operations, improving the quality of work with customers, increasing business transparency and efficiency of management decisions. Digital transformation creates opportunities not only for reducing costs for business entities, but also for the formation of fundamentally new sources of income. Digital technologies should be integrated into the business model of the enterprise, and not function as separate information solutions. After all, the integration of digital technologies into the existing operating model can increase efficiency, but more significant competitive advantages arise in the case of the transformation of the business model itself. The digital transformation of a small business should be carried out not by mechanically implementing the maximum number of technologies, but on the basis of identifying priority problems and choosing digital solutions that can provide a specific economic result by forming a phased approach of "experimentation - implementation - scaling - optimization". Abstract: UA: У статті з’ясовано, що сучасний етап функціонування фондових бірж характеризується трансформацією традиційних моделей їх діяльності під впливом глобальної економічної нестабільності та цифровізації фінансових ринків. Встановлено, що інфляційні процеси, зміна монетарної політики, геополітичні конфлікти, торговельні протистояння, валютні та енергетичні шоки посилюють невизначеність і волатильність фінансових ринків, змінюють інвестиційну поведінку та зумовлюють перерозподіл глобальних потоків капіталу. Ідентифіковано тенденцію до зростання сукупної капіталізації світового фондового ринку, що супроводжується посиленням концентрації капіталу у провідних фінансових центрах і технологічних компаніях. Визначено, що автоматизація торговельних процесів, алгоритмічна та високочастотна торгівля, штучний інтелект, великі дані та робо-консультаційні платформи забезпечують підвищення швидкості біржових операцій, розширення доступності інвестиційних послуг та ефективності управління портфелями. Встановлено, що розвиток блокчейн-технологій і токенізації фінансових активів формує передумови для трансформації механізмів їх емісії, обігу, клірингу та розрахунків. Ідентифіковано тенденцію до розширення торговельного часу та переходу до безперервної цифрової моделі функціонування біржової інфраструктури. Обґрунтовано, що подальша трансформація фондових бірж передбачає формування технологічно інтегрованої екосистеми, у якій цифрові активи, автоматизовані торговельні системи, блокчейнрозрахунки та інтелектуальні сервіси стають невід’ємними складовими функціонування глобального ринку капіталу.; EN: It is proven that the current stage of the functioning of stock exchanges is characterized by a systemic transformation of traditional models of their activity under the influence of global economic instability and digitalization of financial markets. It is established that inflationary processes, changes in monetary policy, geopolitical conflicts, trade confrontations, currency and energy shocks increase the uncertainty and volatility of financial markets, change investment behavior and cause the redistribution of global capital flows between countries, industries and financial instruments. A trend towards an increase in the total capitalization of the world stock market has been identified, which is accompanied by an increase in the concentration of capital in leading financial centers and technology companies. It is established that global instability is both a source of risks and a catalyst for technological modernization of the exchange infrastructure. It has been determined that automation of trading processes, algorithmic and high-frequency trading, artificial intelligence, big data technologies and roboadvisory platforms provide an increase in the speed of information processing and execution of stock transactions, expanding the availability of investment services and increasing the efficiency of investment portfolio management. It has been established that the development of blockchain technologies and tokenization of financial assets creates the prerequisites for the transformation of the mechanisms of their emission, circulation, clearing and settlements, as well as for the formation of new models of interaction between traditional and digital financial infrastructure. A trend towards the expansion of trading hours and a gradual transition from the traditional time-limited model to the almost continuous operation of digital trading platforms has been identified. It has been determined that such a transformation requires the appropriate modernization of liquidity systems, risk management, clearing, settlements and ensuring cyber resilience. It is substantiated that the further development of stock exchanges will take place in the direction of forming a technologically integrated and continuously functioning financial market ecosystem, in which digital assets, automated trading systems, artificial intelligence, blockchain calculations, tokenization and intelligent investment services become integral components of the functioning of the global capital market. It is proved that the competitiveness of stock exchanges in such conditions will be determined by their ability to ensure technological flexibility, speed of operations, continuity of operation, transparency, cyber resilience and effective risk management.
