Метою дослідження є вдосконалення організації перевезень експортної продукції АПК залізницею в Україні шляхом підвищення ефективності експлуатаційних показників через оптимізацію структури районів концентрації вантаження експортної продукції. У кваліфікаційній роботі показано, що підвищення рівня організації відправницької маршрутизації перевезень залізницею продукції АПК нагальною необхідністю і можлива за створення певної мережі вузлових станцій для концентрації вантаження продукції АПК. Наразі маршрутизовано в Україні лише 28% таких відправок до портів (в США - 95%) Запропоновано розташування вузлових станцій та формування на їх базі районів концентрації вантаження продукції АПК. Показано, що вирішення пропозиції є досить складною багатоваріантною й багатофакторною оптимізаційною задачею. З метою визначения потенційно можливих вузлових станцій адаптовано методику, яка базується на методах кластерного аналізу. Задачу формалізовано як задачу багатокритеріальної оптимізації із буленими змінними. Розраховано загальний економічний ефект від маршрутизації відправок з запропонованих районів концентрації вантаження продукції АПК. Розрахунками встановлено, що внаслідок реалізації пропозиції щодо запропонованих районів концентрації вантаження експортної продукції АПК зменшиться простій вагона під накопиченням й переробкою на технічних станціях на 30-35%.; EN: The object of the study is the organization of transportation of agricultural export products by rail. The purpose of the study is to improve the organization of transportation of agricultural export products by rail in Ukraine by increasing the efficiency of operational indicators through optimizing the structure of areas of concentration of loading of export products. 2 The qualification work shows that increasing the level of organization of dispatch routing of rail transportation of agricultural products is an urgent need and is possible by creating a certain network ofhub stations for concentrating the loading of agricultural products. Currently, only 28% of such shipments are routed to ports in Ukraine (in the USA - 95%). The location of the nodal stations and the formation of areas of concentration of loading of agricultural products based on them are proposed. It is shown that the solution of the proposal is a rather complex multivariate and multifactor optimization problem. In order to determine potentially possible nodal stations, a methodology based on cluster analysis methods is adapted. The problem is formalized as a multi-criteria optimization problem with Boolean variables. The overall economic effect of routing shipments from the proposed areas of concentration of loading of agricultural and industrial products has been calculated. The calculations have established that as a result of implementing the proposal regarding the proposed areas of concentration of loading of agricultural export products, the downtime of the wagon under accumulation and processing at technical stations will be reduced by 30-35%. У роботі розглянуто основи організації контейнерних перевезень залізничним транспортом, проведено аналіз міжнародного досвіду та основних наукових досліджень у цій сфері. Проведено дослідження технології переробки контейнерів на залізничних станціях у взаємодії з портом, сучасного стану, обсягів перевезень та проблем організації контейнерних перевезень в Україні. The purpose of the qualification work is to improve the technology of transporting containers to the port by forming the optimal technology of organizing and moving container trains. The work considers the basics of organizing container transportation by rail, analyzes international experience and basic scientific research in this area. The technology of container processing at railway stations in interaction with the port, the current state, volumes of transportation and problems of organizing container transportation in Ukraine is studied. The directions of increasing the efficiency of container transportation have been determined. A stochastic mathematical model of the technology of transporting containers by rail to the seaport has been developed, which allows estimating the total operating costs associated with the formation and routing of a container train. A feature of the model is the consideration of the probabilistic nature of delays that may occur at different stages of the transportation process and affect the overall efficiency of transportation. Метою дослідження є удосконалення перевізного процесу в залізничному вузлі в умовах розвитку інформаційних технологій. Проведено дослідження показників функціонування технологічних елементів залізничного вузла. Одним із головних напрямів підвищення ефективності функціонування залізничних вузлів є зменшення міжопераційних простоїв вагонів, їх тривалість може становити від 50 до 80 % загального часу перебування місцевих вагонів у межах вузла, формуючи значну частину обігу вантажного вагон. Скорочення цих витрат часу можливе завдяки оптимізації кількості технологічних операцій, удосконаленно взаємодії між станціями, виробничими підрозділами та дільницями, а також шляхом автоматизації процесів, що сприяє зменшенню впливу людського фактора. Представлено імітаційне моделювання перевізного процесу у залізничному вузлі. Запропоновано модель, алгоритм якої незалежно від ступеня складності, конфігурації інфраструктури, характеру вагонопотоків та інших особливостей функціонування розвинених залізничних вузлів дає змогу визначати найбільш доцільне місце виконання технічних операцій з місцевими вагонами, а також встановлювати раціональний час обробки транзитних вагонів відповідно до заданих параметрів і критеріїв ефективності.; EN: The object of the study is the organization of the transportation process of a railway junction. The purpose of the study is to improve the transportation process in a railway junction in the context of the development of information technologies. A study of the performance indicators of technological elements of a railway junction has been conducted. One of the main directions for increasing the efficiency of railway junctions is to reduce inter-operational downtime of wagons, their duration can be from 50 to 80% ofthe total time spent by local wagons within the junetion, forming a significant part of the freight wagon tumover. Reducing these time costs is possible by optimizing the number of technological operations, improving interaction between stations, production units and sections, as well as by automating processes. which helps reduce the impact of the human factor. The simulation modeling of the transportation process in a railway junction is presented. A model is proposed, the algorithm of which, regardless of the degree of complexity, infrastructure configuration, nature of car flows and other features of the functioning of developed railway junctions, allows determining the most appropriate place for performing technical operations with local cars, as well as establishing aа rational processing time for transit cars in accordance with the specified parameters and efficiency criteria. Предметом дослідження є процедура визначення прогнозних значень перевезення вантажів для підвищення ефективності використання залізничної інфраструктури. Метою роботи є підвищення ефективності управління залізничною інфраструктурою шляхом розробки моделі прогнозування обсягів вантажних перевезень, що дозволяє завчасно оцінювати рівень завантаженості залізничних об'єктів. У роботі удосконалено підхід до оцінювання рівня завантаженості залізничної інфраструктури шляхом використання нейромережевої моделі прогнозування обсягів вантажних перевезень, що дає можливість завчасно виявляти потенційну завантаженість окремих елементів інфраструктури та підвищувати ефективність планування їх роботи. На основі отриманих даних про обсяги перевезень і використовуючи модель технології управління вагонопотоками було вирішено задачу оптимального плану розподілу вагонів на розрахунковому залізничному полігоні. Процедура розподілу вагонів є достатньо універсальна та дозволяє в реальному масштабі часу корегувати план формування поїздів.; EN: The object of the research is the process of forecasting the volume of cargo transportation. The subject of the study is the procedure for determining the forecast values of cargo transportation to increase the efficiency of the use of railway infrastructure. The aim of this study is to improve the efficiency of railway infrastructure management by developing a model for forecasting freight transport volumes, which enables the utilisation levels of railway facilities to be assessed in advance. This paper refines the approach to assessing the utilisation level of railway infrastructure by employing a neural network model for forecasting freight transport volumes, which makes it possible to identify potential congestion in individual infrastructure elements in advance and improve the efficiency of their operational planning. Based on the data obtained on freight volumes and using a model of wagon flow management technology, the problem of optimally allocating wagons at a model railway test site was solved. The wagon allocation procedure is sufficiently versatile and allows the train formation plan to be adjusted in real time.
