Комерціалізація наукових розробок: проблеми, підходи, оцінка економічної ефективності

Abstract

UA: В статті розглянуто підходи до розуміння комерціалізації наукових розробок, указано на проблемний характер розвитку вітчизняного ринку наукової продукції та комерціалізації результатів наукових досліджень в Україні, роглянуто принципи та особливості оцінки ефективності інноваційних проектів, заснованих на результатах НДДКР. Метод обчислення ефективності інновацій, заснований на зіставленні результатів їх освоєння з витратами, дозволяє приймати рішення про доцільність використання нових розробок. RU: В статье рассмотрены подходы к пониманию коммерциализации научных разработок, указано на проблемный характер развития отечественного рынка научной продукции и коммерциализации результатов научных исследований в Украине, рассмотрены принципы и особенности оценки эффективности инновационных проектов, основанных на результатах НИОКР. Метод вычисления эффективности инноваций, основанный на сопоставлении результатов их освоения с затратами, позволяет принимать решение о целесообразности использования новых разработок. EN: The article discusses approaches to understanding the commercialization of scientific research. It was found that a common approach to determining the commercialization of scientific research does not exist. However, they emphasize the economic interest of the participants of the innovation process, they are highly motivated to achieve relatively rapid commercial success from the use of innovation. The paper indicated on the problematic nature of the development of the domestic market of scientific production and commercialization of research results in Ukraine. The main problem is the implementation of scientific development is the lack of connections between science, education, business, government and civil society institutions. A promising form of production of knowledge and scientific research should be "pentaspiral" (science - education - business - government - civil society). The principles and features of efficiency evaluation of projects based on the results of research and development. The general principle of evaluating the effectiveness of the project is to compare the results and costs. The method of calculating the effect of innovation, based on a comparison with the results of their development costs, allows you to take a decision on whether the use of new developments.
