dc.description.abstractZirconium dioxide is known for its high-quality mechanical characteristics, such as high flexural strength and fracture resistance, which allows to introduce it into the bioengineering industry. On the basis of domestic and foreign studies [1–2] it was revealed that such a component as zirconium dioxide can be used as one of the components in the manufacture of biomaterials. The works of famous scientists [3-4] described the manufacture of materials based on zirconium dioxide for dental purposes and joint prosthetics. However, according to statistics, there is no data to study the compatibility of the "human" environment and the implant in order to ensure the minimum value of the coefficient of friction with and without lubricant.uk_UA
