UA: Розглянуто особливості формування матеріально-технічної бази колійного господарства при змінах, що відбуваються на сьогоднішній день у роботі залізничного транспорту з метою збільшення його пропускної спроможності.

EN: Modern economic conditions, in which during the last two decades of functioning of railway transport, forcing the industry all the time to attract new sources of funding and rational use of existing, namely: to reduce expenses for the account of the increase of the efficiency of activities, public subsidies, and the attraction of private investment, meadows are formed loans in the world's leading banks and other steps to the railway industry to find resources for further entry into the world transport system.
