Напрями забезпечення розвитку залізничного транспорту в сучасних умовах

Abstract

UA: Статтю присвячено питанням забезпечення ефективного розвитку залізничного транспорту в сучасних умовах господарювання. Нині до залізничного транспорту висуваються нові вимоги відносно забезпечення високої якості та надійності перевізного процесу. Зазначено, що залізничний транспорт є й залишиться в майбутньому основною транспортною артерією країни. Визначено основні аспекти ефективного розвитку залізничного транспорту для забезпечення більш високого рівня стійкості галузі на ринку транспортних послуг.

EN: The article is devoted to the issues of ensuring the effective development of railway transport in modern economic conditions. Currently, new requirements are being placed on rail transport with respect to ensuring the high quality and reliability of the transportation process. It is noted that rail transport is, and will remain in the future, the main transport artery of the country. The main aspects of the effective development of railway transport to ensure a higher level of sustainability of the industry in the transport services market were identified. It was stressed that Ukrzaliznytsia is a strategic enterprise of the state, therefore the state should introduce an effective regulatory and legal mechanism for the development of the industry, taking into account global trends in railway transport reform. In the production of material assets, transport plays a significant role.
