Систематизація факторів впливу на інвестиційну діяльність підприємств залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: У статті встановлено, що нині підприємства залізничного транспорту відчувають гостру нестачу фінансових ресурсів і мають обмежені інвестиційні можливості не тільки для забезпечення перспективного інноваційного розвитку, але й для покриття поточних витрат, особливо в сегменті пасажирських перевезень, що мають збитковий характер. Проведений аналіз інвестиційної діяльності підприємств залізничного транспорту дав змогу систематизувати фактори впливу на їх інвестиційну діяльність на сучасному етапі їх розвитку, виділити фактори глобального, національного та галузевого рівнів.

EN: In the article found that the railway enterprises are currently experiencing an acute shortage of financial resources and have limited investment opportunities not only to ensure promising innovative development, but also to cover current costs, especially in the segment of passenger traffic, which is unprofitable. Summarizing all the above, it should be noted that the operation of railway transport enterprises is currently taking place in difficult conditions due to the influence of both external threatening trends and internal crises. Not the least role in deepening the crisis of railway transport enterprises is played by the imperfection of the business process management system at enterprises against the background of slowing down reform processes and deepening the shadow nature of their implementation. The railway company is experiencing an acute shortage of financial resources and has limited investment opportunities not only to ensure promising innovative development, but also to cover current costs, especially in the segment of passenger traffic, which is unprofitable.
