| dc.description.abstract | EN: The analysis of the number and causes of carriage delays at the border transmission stations of the Southern Railway Regional Branch for 2017-2018 is carried out. The variants of improvement of interaction of railway departments, carriers, cargo owners, state bodies of border, customs, sanitary-epidemiological, ecological, veterinary and phytosanitary control on the railways of Ukraine are selected. The model of the work of the boundary transmission station is proposed. The model is described by a Markov chain with a reverse trajectory with finite time and three states. | - |
