Фактори впливу на логістичне забезпечення України в умовах війни

Abstract

UA: Статтю присвячено питанням логістичного забезпечення в Україні під час воєнного стану. Основними логістичними проблемами сьогодення стали: відмова від накопичення та зберігання товарів, різка та швидка зміна складських умов, ускладнення логістичних операцій, складнощі із закупівлею товарів. Все це призвело до переформатування логістики. Визначено комплекс заходів щодо підвищення ефективності логістичної діяльності, а саме: реорганізація системи зберігання, передбачення ризиків та побудова та оптимізація нових маршрутів.

EN: Military aggression against Ukraine has become a challenge for business. Difficulties with cargo transportation prompted immediate transformation and optimization of business processes. One of the key challenges that Ukrainian companies had to face was the reformatting of logistics. Logistics during the war faced such problems as: the danger of using transport, the risk of losing goods during storage, the need to rebuild routes directly during the movement. There are only two ways left - to optimize processes and adapt. In the current conditions, decisions must be made quickly, efficiently, and the situation is changing every minute. Logistics is a dynamic industry that requires experienced management for effective work. The martial law imposed the following problems: Refusal to store and accumulate. In wartime, it is dangerous to keep goods in warehouses for a long time - in case of an attack, they can be lost. Changes in warehouse conditions. With the outbreak of hostilities, companies were forced to move goods to the west of Ukraine, where there was no warehouse space of this size. Usually, the deployment of a storage hub takes about 3 months, but now we need to be ready to organize a safe and integrated warehouse in 7-14 days. Difficulties with the procurement of goods. The problems are primarily related to the limited range and suppliers, blocking of ports and the load on the railway infrastructure. Complication of logistics operations. Checkpoints, inspections, curfews - all this complicates the transportation of goods. In addition, it is necessary to plan alternate routes in advance, as there is a risk of new attacks.
