Особливості організації економічного забезпечення транспортно-логістичної системи залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: У статті розкрито напрями економічного забезпечення та організації ефективного управління транспортно-логістичними системами залізничного транспорту. Зазначено, що задоволення попиту на транспортні послуги залізничним транспортом передбачає вдосконалення роботи залізничного транспорту в умовах жорсткої конкуренції з боку інших видів транспорту, а також підвищення вимог до якості та цінової політики послуг з боку клієнтів. Визначено, що логістичне обслуговування транспортної компанії є багатокомпонентним процесом, який містить різні види діяльності. Окреслено, що процес управління економічної діяльності транспортно-логістичного комплексу визначається як послідовність п'яти фаз: планування, організація, облік, регулювання та аналіз. Розглянуто принципи, на яких засноване технічне забезпечення попиту на перевезення.

EN: From the point of view of a transport company, the management of its logistics service involves the selection of the following as the main types of activities - work with customers and marketing, organization of transportation and related services, inventory management (free vehicles and free drivers), management of funds flows, as well as management of information flows and service of orders. Railway transport has certain features in the economic provision of the transport and logistics process. In domestic transport markets, the discrepancy between the structure of production and the structure of demand is largely caused by the legacy of soviet times, when the transport sector developed under conditions far from market conditions, and therefore only very indirectly related to the requirements of end users. The uneven use of production resources is associated with both technical and technological problems and the peculiarities of market demand. Note that the power characteristics of rolling stock are more fully used when transporting goods in a loaded direction, as opposed to an empty one. At the same time, the need for empty mileage is caused by uneven demand. And one hundred percent economic implementation of the technical parameters of production facilities cannot be achieved due to the complexity of the system and the heterogeneity of its constituent elements.
