Підходи до забезпечення цифрового розвитку залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: Стаття присвячена проблемам цифрового розвитку транспортної сфери, в тому числі залізничного транспорту, як необхідної умови його розвитку в умовах динамічного розвитку економічного середовища. Розглянуто основні цифрові рішення на транспорті, які активно впроваджуються в галузі. Зазначено, що наявність автоматичних пристроїв управління, контролю та передачі даних, пов’язаних з інформаційними обчислювальними центрами залізниць, пароплавств, підприємств автотранспорту, дозволяє розробляти оптимальні оперативні плани що забезпечення ефективності перевізного процесу. Обґрунтовано доцільність розробки ІТ-вузла, як складової інформаційного оновлення залізничного транспорту. Окреслено основні його переваги у забезпеченні цифрового розвитку залізничного транспорту та при взаємодії з іншими видами транспорту.

EN: The article is devoted to the problems of digital development of the transport sector, including railway transport, as a necessary condition for its development in the conditions of dynamic development of the economic environment. The development of the transport industry leads to an increase in the role of its digitization - many tasks simply cannot be solved without the use of the most modern solutions. The transport industry is quite conservative. All innovations and innovations, especially from the point of view of using new digital technologies, are introduced rather slowly. But the dynamic development of the world poses an increasing number of new urgent tasks that cannot be effectively solved without the introduction of information technologies. With regard to railway transport, its digital development should be ensured through the development of an IT node, as a component of the information update of railway transport, requiring the creation of automatic devices for the system of transmission and processing of information on arrival, departure, loading, unloading, processing, centralized import and export of goods and passengers.
