Система логістичного менеджменту у забезпеченні ефективності діяльності підприємств залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: В статті проаналізовано проблеми впровадження логістичного менеджменту на підприємствах залізничного транспорту, наголошено на необхідності підвищення ефективності роботи залізничних підприємств на основі логістичного підходу, розглянуто теоретико-методологічні підходи до поглиблення інструментарію логістичного менеджменту на залізничному транспорті, що передбачає розробку стратегії і тактики створення стійких логістичних систем. Визначено поняття логістичного менеджменту на залізничному транспорті. Зазначено, що основною метою логістичного менеджменту є адаптація залізничного транспорту до запитів споживачів, що означає гарантію швидкого виконання замовлень і точне дотримання термінів доставки. На базі державного підприємства «Український транспортно-логістичний центр» (ДП «УТЛЦ»), запропоновано шляхи удосконалення взаємодії з державними вагонними компаніями з урахуванням логістичного підходу.

EN: The current system of supply, production and marketing of products, especially transport industries, does not meet all the needs of market demand. In conditions of market relations there is a sharp complication of the functions of management of transport processes. Previously, the main task of the railway was solely related to transportation, but nowadays, the job of the industry is not only to provide transport services on the basis of rational use of the material and technical base of the railway. The modern conditions of management inspire the railways to use logistics as a new, progressive representation of production processes, introducing the methodology of the most efficient production, economic, business and commercial activity. Of particular importance is the problem of forming a system of logistics management in the market. Its solution requires new approaches to the use of logistics concepts, which not only can significantly affect the efficiency of the railway industry by improving the quality of transportation and reducing logistics costs in the field of circulation, but also provide additional competitive advantages. Improvements in production process technologies and new requirements for the quality of goods and services require the introduction of the latest progressive management concepts based on a logistic approach.
