Abstract

The modern features of functioning of railway transport are analyzed. Certain limitation which determines relatively the passive conduct of a railway transport system in relation to an amount and quality of orders of clients of railway transport. It is suggested to promote the level of system purposeful activity of a railway transport system with the subsequent naming of such improvement, as conception «vos'minig», that, among other, means translation from vos'minoga to a railway transport system of such sign, as a conduct in part of keeping, activity and flexibility.
