Шляхи підвищення якості роботи ергатичної системи «машиніст-локомотив»

Abstract

UA: Аналіз стану безпеки руху на залізничному транспорті показує, що є значний резерв її поліпшення шляхом зниження шкідливого впливу людського фактору. Для цього пропонується покращення якості робочого місця машиніста, підвищення рівня підготовки локомотивних бригад, організація постійного моніторингу якості керуючої діяльності машиніста залежно від стратегій управління. Формалізація критерію якості управління виконана на основі адитивного показника з використанням часткових критеріїв у вигляді векторних функціоналів.

EN: Analysis of the state of traffic safety in rail transport shows that a considerable reserve of its improvement lies in the continuation of the harmful effects of human factor on production processes. To realize this it is proposed by improving the quality of the workplace of the driver, increasing the level of training of locomotive crews, the organization of ongoing monitoring of the quality control activities of the driver in of belonging from adopted management strategies. Formalization of the criterion of quality control is made on the basis of an additive index using a partial criteria in the form of a vector of functional. The problem of justification of weighting factors for different strategies of train control is solved on the basis of the model predictive values of characteristic parameters of each strategy. This introduced an additional set, which includes specific indicators for each management strategy.
