Особливості трансформації процесу управління ресурсним потенціалом підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах цифровізації

Abstract

UA: Доведено, що в умовах наростання кризових явищ саме формування та використання дієвого підходу до управління ресурсним потенціалом підприємств залізничного транспорту дозволить згенерувати стійкі конкурентні переваги на ринку і закумулювати резерви для сталого зростання. Досліджено наукові підходи до трактування змісту управління ресурсним потенціалом суб’єктів економічної діяльності, зокрема підприємств залізничної галузі. Проаналізовано інструменти формування, нарощення та оптимізації ресурсного потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту. Зважаючи на значну кількість автоматизованих систем та програмних рішень, що використовуються на підприємствах для управління ресурсами, доведено доцільність застосування уніфікованих цифрових платформ, які дозволять об’єднати розрізнені локальні та «хмарні» технологічні рішення, забезпечуючи безшовний потік даних і надаючи можливість приймати рішення в режимі реального часу. З огляду на значний потенціал такого роду інтеграційних рішень, запропоновано забезпечити трансформацію підходу до управління ресурсним потенціалом підприємств залізничного транспорту шляхом впровадження iPaaS-рішень, використання яких дозволить подолати існуючу розрізненість програмних технологій і сформувати цифрову екосистему управління ресурсним потенціалом підприємств галузі.

EN: It is proved that in difficult crisis conditions, it is extremely important to concentrate and efficiently use their key competencies and resources for the effective development and functioning of railway transport enterprises. It is noted that the formation and use of an optimal approach to managing the resource potential of railway transport enterprises will allow forming stable competitive advantages in the market and will contribute to the accumulation of their reserves for sustainable competitive growth. Scientific approaches to the interpretation of the content of resource potential management of economic entities, in particular enterprises of the railway industry, are studied. Taking into account the scale of the activities of railway transport enterprises and the difficult situation in the field of resource support for their functioning, the developed effective tools for forming, building up and optimizing the resource potential of industry enterprises are analyzed. Taking into account the significant number of automated systems and software solutions used in enterprises for resource management, the feasibility of using unified digital platforms that will allow combining a variety of on-premises and “cloud” technological solutions is proved, providing a seamless data flow and providing the ability to make decisions in real time. In this sense, the revolutionary digital technology iPaaS – Integration-Platform-as-a-Service is becoming widespread, which efficiently implements this task and contributes to the formation of a flexible approach to managing enterprise resources. Taking into account the significant potential of such integration solutions, it is proposed to transform the approach to managing the resource potential of railway transport enterprises by implementing iPaaS solutions, which will overcome the existing disparity of software solutions and form a digital ecosystem for managing the resource potential of industry enterprises. The implementation of the proposed approach to resource potential management at railway transport enterprises will help save time for performing routine operations related, in particular, to the introduction and systematization of data, digitalization and optimization of business processes, minimization of information asymmetries, making qualitative informed decisions and improving the efficiency of processes, which in general will contribute to ensuring the sustainable development and competitiveness of railway industry enterprises.
