Abstract

RU: Для того чтобы выжить в агрессивной внешней среде, предприятия должны постоянно искать все более уникальные пути обеспечения конкурентных преимуществ. В статье обосновано, что только верные управленческие решения могут привести предприятие к успеху. Пренебрежение системой принятия решений может привести предприятие к катастрофическим последствиям: разрушению производства и банкротству. В связи с этим в статье проанализировано существующее положение и сделаны рекомендации относительно формирования системы принятия управленческих решений. Under the system of making optimal management decisions, we will understand a set of interrelated organizational and economic activities, through which it will be possible to diagnose the potential risks of the external and internal environment of the enterprise for their further neutralization in order to increase its competitiveness of the enterprise. Ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise on the basis of the system of optimal decision-making, involves the selection, analysis and evaluation of all existing threats for each of the functional components, as well as the potential of the enterprise and the development on their basis of a system of counteracting and preventive measures.
