Зовнішньоекономічний розвиток, співпраця і партнерство в контексті післявоєнного відновлення України

Abstract

UA: У статті визначено, що зовнішньоекономічна діяльність є одним з важливих чинників післявоєнного відновлення економіки України. Розглянуто механізм управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю. Наведено характеристику аспектів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, співпраці та партнерства в контексті післявоєнного відновлення України. Визначено основні завдання зовнішньоекономічної політики України. Обґрунтовано напрями вдосконалення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в Україні в адміністративно-правовій, інвестиційній, організаційно-економічній, фінансово-кредитній, фіскальній, інноваційній, виробничо-технологічній та освітньо-науковій сферах.

EN: The article determines that foreign economic activity is one of the important factors of the post-war recovery of Ukraine's economy. To achieve an important place on the world stage, Ukrainian enterprises must have a number of advantages in international scientific and technical potential and international division of labor, and the state must create conditions for deepening cross-border cooperation, partnership and development of foreign economic activity. The mechanism for managing the foreign economic activity of the enterprise is considered, which is a set of legal, managerial, organizational, economic and motivational measures that ensure the balance of its interests with the goals and priorities of the subjects of its external environment. The formation of an integral mechanism of foreign economic relations, the determination of the competitive positions of national producers in the general system of global economic relations requires the availability of appropriate economic and resource support; legal support; entrepreneurial freedom; relevant regulatory policy of the state. The characteristics of aspects of foreign economic activity, cooperation and partnership in the context of the post-war recovery of Ukraine, which must be taken into account to ensure recovery, high-quality sustainable development, and improvement of citizens' lives, are given. The main tasks of the foreign economic policy of Ukraine are defined. The areas of improvement of foreign economic activity in Ukraine in the administrative-legal, investment, organizational-economic, financial-credit, fiscal, innovative, production-technological and educational-scientific spheres are substantiated. It was concluded that the main directions of intensification of foreign economic activity of domestic enterprises should be: development of appropriate infrastructure, search and training of highly qualified personnel, attraction of foreign investments, acquisition of the most modern technologies, research of the economic situation, trends and prospects of foreign economic activity, participation in international projects and use the best foreign experience.
