Методы стимулирования инновационной деятельности предприятий в современных условиях

Abstract

RU: В современных условиях кризисного экономического развития Украины, предприятиям достаточно сложно вести инновационную деятельность. И основная проблема - это отсутствие действующего механизма регулирования и стимулирования инновационной деятельности как на уровне предприятий, так и на государственном уровне. В статье проведен сравнительный анализ методов стимулирования инновационной деятельности предприятий стран мира и Украины и даны рекомендации , касающиеся инновационного развития страны. EN: In modern conditions of crisis economic development of Ukraine, it is quite difficult for enterprises to conduct innovative activities. And the main problem is the lack of an effective mechanism for regulating and stimulating innovation activity both at the level of enterprises and at the state level. The specificity of economic and socio-political development of Ukraine, aggressive competition, imperfection of the legislative system in the country is the basis for highlighting the features and main directions of innovative development of domestic enterprises. The system of state methods aimed at the implementation of preferential tax policy, various credits, subsidies, targeted financing of research, increase of tax benefits, providing a favorable innovation climate, which is a widespread trend, plays the main role in stimulating innovation activity. Benefits plus competition provide high demand for innovation and research. Regular revision of benefits allows the state to purposefully stimulate innovation activity in priority sectors, to influence not only the structure and number of scientific organizations, but also the structure of production.
