Удосконалення управління перевізним процесом при перевезенні вантажів повагонними партіями

Abstract

UA: Метою роботи є розробка рекомендацій щодо удосконалення управління перевізним процесом при перевезенні вантажів повагонними партіями з метою підвищення ефективності роботи залізничного транспорту, зниженн витрат та покращення логістичного обслуговування клієнтів. Предметом дослідження є організаційно-управлінські та логістичні механізми управління перевізним гіроцесом повагонних відправок вантажів. У роботі розглянуто питания удосканалення управління перевізним процесом при перевезенні вантажів повагонними партіями на залізничному транспорті. Особливу yвary приділено аналізу організації повагонних відправок одного з ключових способів транспортування, що дозволяє доставляти вантажі окремими вагонами без формування повного поїзда. Такий вид перевезень залишається актуальним для обслуговування клієнтів із середніми та малими обсягами відправок, забезпечуючи гнучкість i достугіність лoricтичного обслуговування.

EN: The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for improving the management of the transportation process in the transportation of goods in carload batches in order to increase the efficiency of railway transport, reduce costs and improve logistics services to customers. The subject of the study is organizational, managerial and logistical mechanisms for managing the transportation process of carload shipments. The paper considers the issues of improving the management of the transportation process in the transportation of goods by carloads by rail. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the organization of carload shipments - one of the key transportation methods that allows the delivery of goods in individual cars without forming a full train. This type of transportation remains relevant for servicing customers with medium and small volumes of shipments, providing flexibility and accessibility of logistics services. The paper analyzes the current problems related to the efficiency of carload transportation, including the issues of rational use of rolling stock, car downtime, logistics planning and interaction between the railway and cargo owners. The author suggests ways to optimize the transportation process, which will help to reduce operating costs, increase the efficiency of railway transport and improve the quality of logistics services.
