Дослідження та удосконалення процесу оперативного управління порожніми вагонопотоками

Abstract

UA: Об'єктом дослідження є процес управління порожніми вагонопотоками. Метою дослідження є удосконалення процесу управління порожніми вагонопотоками на основі визначення комерційної придатності вантажних вагонів. У кваліфікаційній роботі запропоновано критерій оцінювання придатності вагонів у комерційному відношенні під навантаження певного вантажу, що залежить від інтенсивності їх використання, який дозволив визначити рівень комерційної придатності рухомого складу.

EN: The object of the study is the process of managing empty wagon flows. The purpose of the study is to improve the process of managing empty wagon flows based on determining the commercial suitability of freight wagons. The qualification work proposes a criterion for assessing the suitability of wagons in a commercial sense for loading a certain cargo, which depends on the intensity of their use, which allowed determining the level of commercial suitability of rolling stock. The information and management system for the formation of empty wagon flows has been improved, which takes into account the commercial suitability of a particular freight wagon and is based on fuzzy logic. Such approaches will reduce the number of refusals by cargo owners from rolling stock provided for loading cargo and increase the level of transport service to customers in general. The total economic effect has been calculated.
