dc.description.abstractIn the process of applying the fundamental principles of large-scale reform of the railway transport are relevant phenomena which slow down the implementation of concrete actions for structural reform. One of these phenomena is the resistance to change on the part of staff at all levels, which is expressed in the non-acceptance of new employees of management decisions and diligence to avoid their implementation. All this adversely affects not only the conduct of reform, but also on the overall results of the area.
