The modern logistics environment is characterized by growing turbulence, hybrid threats, and the need for rapid adaptation to continuous uncertainty. The full-scale war in Ukraine, global supply disruptions, and the reconfiguration of trade routes have revealed the fragility of traditional logistics models and educational paradigms. Logistics, once perceived merely as a technical and operational function, has become a strategic instrument of national resilience and enterprise survival. Damage to transport corridors, energy shortages, and the relocation of production facilities have demonstrated that the effectiveness of logistics systems largely depends on the preparedness and adaptability of human resources. Thus, the issue of training professionals capable of operating under complex, unstable, and high-risk conditions becomes a priority for both academia and business.uk_UA
