Оцінка фінансового стану підприємства в умовах стратегічного партнерства

Abstract

UA: Актуальність дослідження зумовлена критичною важливістю підтримання фінансової стійкості підприємств телекомунікаційної галузі України в умовах сукупного впливу макроекономічної нестабільності, воєнних дій та жорсткої ринкової конкуренції. Необхідність розробки адаптивних інструментів управління фінансовими ресурсами та мінімізації ризиків посилюється через високу залежність стратегічно важливих інфраструктурних компаній від зовнішнього фінансування. Метою є оцінка фінансового стану підприємства та визначення впливу стратегічного партнерства на його фінансову стабільність, а також розробка рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності фінансового управління. Предметом дослідження виступають методи та інструменти оцінки фінансового стану підприємства, а також вплив стратегічного партнерства на його фінансову стабільність. Об’єктом дослідження є фінансовий стан підприємства на прикладі АТ «Київстар» та процес його оцінки в умовах стратегічного партнерства. Методологічною базою кваліфікаційної роботи є комплекс загальнонаукових методів, включаючи системний підхід, аналіз та синтез, порівняння, коефіцієнтний, статистичний, горизонтальний і вертикальний

аналіз фінансової звітності, а також методи індукції, дедукції та абстрактно- логічного узагальнення.

EN: The relevance of the research is determined by the critical importance of maintaining the financial stability of Ukrainian telecommunications enterprises under the combined influence of macroeconomic instability, military operations, and fierce market competition. The need to develop adaptive financial resource management tools and minimize risks is intensified by the high dependence of strategically important infrastructure companies on external financing. The purpose is to assess the financial condition of the enterprise and determine the impact of strategic partnership on its financial stability, as well as to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of financial management. The subject of the research comprises methods and tools for assessing the financial condition of an enterprise, as well as the impact of strategic partnership on its financial stability. The object of the research is the financial condition of the enterprise, using PJSC "Kyivstar" as an example, and the process of its assessment in the context of strategic partnership. The methodological basis of the qualification work is a set of general scientific methods, including a systemic approach, analysis and synthesis, comparison, ratio analysis, statistical analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, as well as methods of induction, deduction, and abstract-logical generalization.
