Управління людським потенціалом транспортних підприємств в умовах нестабільності

Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління людським потенціалом транспортних підприємств. Метою дослідження є удосконалення теоретичних аспектів і розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо управління людським потенціалом транспортних підприємств в умовах нестабільності. У кваліфікаційній роботі сформовано теоретичні засади управління людським потенціалом транспортних підприємств, що розкривають визначення даного поняття та компонентний склад, і розроблено дорожню карту управління людським потенціалом транспортних підприємств, яка включає етапи, завдання та інструменти управління персоналом. Розроблено та обґрунтовано доцільність реалізації програми підтримки емоційної стійкості працівників транспортних підприємств. Результатами роботи є розроблення та обґрунтування підходів до управління людським потенціалом транспортних підприємств і формування практичних пропозицій щодо реалізації програми підтримки емоційної стійкості працівників підприємств сфери транспорту.

EN: The object of the study is the process of managing the human potential of transport enterprises. The purpose of the research is to improve theoretical aspects and develop practical recommendations for managing the human potential of transport enterprises in conditions of instability. The qualification work has formed theoretical principles of managing the human potential of transport enterprises, which reveal the definition of this concept and its component composition, and a roadmap for managing the human potential of transport enterprises has been developed, which includes stages, tasks and personnel management tools. The feasibility of implementing a program to support the emotional stability of transport enterprise employees has been developed and substantiated. The results of the work are the development and justification of approaches to managing the human potential of transport enterprises and the formation of practical proposals for the implementation of a program to support the emotional resilience of employees of transport enterprises.
