Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процес антикризового управління підприємством. Метою дослідження є наукове обґрунтування і розробка теоретичних положень та практичних заходів антикризового управління підприємством в умовах глобальних трансформацій. У кваліфікаційній роботі узагальнено теоретичні основи і вдосконалено механізм антикризового управління в умовах підвищення рівня ризикованості економічної діяльності шляхом деталізації управлінських етапів і методів. Розроблено організаційно-економічні напрямки реалізації механізму антикризового управління підприємством в умовах трансформацій. Розкрито цілісну систему антикризового управління підприємством в умовах трансформацій. Сформовано механізм антикризового управління в умовах підвищення рівня ризикованості економічної діяльності.

EN: The object of the study is the process of anti-crisis management of an enterprise. The purpose of the study is the scientific substantiation and development of theoretical provisions and practical measures of anti-crisis management of an enterprise in the conditions of global transformations. The qualification work summarizes the theoretical foundations and improves the mechanism of anti-crisis management in the conditions of increasing the level of riskiness of economic activity by detailing the management stages and methods. Organizational and economic directions for implementing the mechanism of anti-crisis management of an enterprise in the conditions of transformations are developed. A holistic system of anti-crisis management of an enterprise in the conditions of transformations is revealed. A mechanism for anti-crisis management has been formed in the context of increasing risk levels in economic activity.
