Удосконалення міжнародних мультимодальних вантажоперевезень за участю залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є міжнародні мультимодальні перевезення вантажів за участю залізниці. Предметом дослідження виступає обробка вагонопотоків з міжнародними вантажами на припортових станціях. Метою роботи є удосконалення міжнародних мультимодальних вантажоперевезень за участю залізничного транспорту за рахунок оцінки ефективності використання припортової станційної інфраструктури та врахування випадковості подачі вагонів у морські порти. Елементами наукової новизни є вирішення задачі з визначення оптимального числа вагонів з міжнародними вантажами, що обслуговуються на різних інфраструктурних елементах припортової станції з урахуванням ймовірнісного характеру складових технологічного процесу. У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано сучасний стан міжнародних залізничних перевезень, проведено статистичні дослідження технологічних показників роботи припортових станцій. Виконано аналіз наукових праць за темою роботи. Сформовано та вирішено оптимізаційну задачу у вигляді математичної моделі використання інфраструктурних елементів припортової станції та порту. Визначено економічний ефект на основі впровадження розроблених заходів на наступні 5 років життєвого циклу проєкту.

EN: The object of the study is international multimodal freight transportation involving railway transport. The subject of the study is the handling of railcar flows carrying international cargo at port railway stations. The purpose of this study is to improve international multimodal freight transportation involving railway transport by assessing the efficiency of port station infrastructure utilization and accounting for the stochastic nature of railcar arrivals at seaports. The elements of scientific novelty include solving the problem of determining the optimal number of railcars with international cargo handled at various infrastructure elements of a port railway station, taking into account the probabilistic nature of the components of the technological process. The qualification work analyzes the current state of international railway transportation and conducts statistical studies of the technological performance indicators of port railway stations. An analysis of scientific publications related to the research topic is performed. An optimization problem is formulated and solved in the form of a mathematical model for the utilization of infrastructure elements of a port railway station and port. The economic effect of implementing the developed measures is determined for the next five years of the project life cycle.
