Підвищення ефективності міжнародних залізничних вантажоперевезень у сучасних умовах

Abstract

UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процес міжнародних залізничних перевезень вантажів. Предметом дослідження виступає обробка вагонопотоків з міжнародними вантажами на залізничних станціях, що надходять на адресу під’їзних колій. Метою даної кваліфікаційної роботи є підвищення ефективності міжнародних залізничних вантажних перевезень України. Елементами наукової новизни є вирішення задачі з визначення необхідного числа станційних колій та числа маневрових локомотивів для виконання технологічних операцій з вагонами з міжнародними вантажами з урахуванням ймовірнісного характеру складових процесу. У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано сучасний стан міжнародних залізничних перевезень, виявлено основні причини затримок, що призводять до збільшення простоїв на залізничних станціях при передачі вагонів на під’їзні колії. Проведено аналіз наукових праць за темою роботи. Сформовано комплекс оптимізаційних задач у вигляді математичної та імітаційної моделі роботи станції з міжнародними вантажами у взаємодії з під’їзними коліями. Визначено економічний ефект на основі впровадження розроблених заходів на наступні 5 років життєвого циклу проєкту.

EN: The object of the study is the process of international railway freight transportation. The subject of the study is the handling of railcar flows with international cargo at railway stations destined for industrial sidings. The purpose of this qualification work is to improve the efficiency of international railway freight transportation in Ukraine. The elements of scientific novelty include solving the problem of determining the required number of station tracks and the number of shunting locomotives needed to perform technological operations with railcars carrying international cargo, taking into account the probabilistic nature of the process components. The qualification work analyzes the current state of international railway transportation, identifies the main causes of delays that lead to increased dwell times at railway stations during the transfer of railcars to industrial sidings. An analysis of scientific studies on the research topic is conducted. A set of optimization problems is formulated in the form of mathematical and simulation models of station operations involving international cargo in interaction with industrial sidings. The economic effect of implementing the developed measures is determined for the next five years of the project life cycle.
