Abstract

The safety of the transportation process is determined to a greater extent by the level of professional reliability of operators. These are first of all workers of locomotive crews and dispatcher personnel. Hence the necessity of increased control of the personnel of such profile on the railroad. At the moment there is such an opinion that the level of professional reliability is a complex value and consists of a number of qualitatively heterogeneous components.
