Розроблення пропозицій з удосконалення технології ремонту шатунно-поршневої групи тепловозу ЧМЕ3

Abstract

UA: Метою роботи є розробка та обґрунтування комплексу заходів, спрямованих на підвищення ефективності, надійності та економічності процесу відновлення працездатності шатунно-поршневої групи (ШПГ) тепловоза ЧМЕ3. Об’єкт дослідження - підвищенні надійності роботи тепловозних дизелів К6S310DR Предмет дослідження – технологія ремонту шатунно-поршневої групи В магістерській роботі розглядається дизельний двигун тепловоза ЧМЕ3, який внаслідок тривалого часу експлуатації й нерівномірних навантажень піддається частому виникненню несправностей у вигляді тріщин прогарів робочих поверхонь і зламів деталей. Інтерес представляє пропозиції щодо впровадження провідного діагностувального устаткування, що надасть можливість підвищити якість виконання ремонту та його контроль на завершених етапах та в експлуатації, на потужностях ремонтного депо. Опрацьована можливість удосконалення планування ремонтних дільниць.

The object of the study is to increase the reliability of the operation of diesel locomotive diesel engines K6S310DR The subject of the study is the technology of repairing the connecting rod and piston group The master's thesis considers the diesel engine of the ChME3 locomotive, which, due to a long period of operation and uneven loads, is subject to frequent malfunctions in the form of cracks, burnouts of working surfaces and breakage of parts. Of interest are proposals for the introduction of leading diagnostic equipment, which will make it possible to improve the quality of repair performance and its control at the completed stages and in operation, at the facilities of the repair depot. The possibility of improving the planning of repair areas has been studied.
