Економічна безпека підприємства: концептуальна еволюція поняття та обґрунтування критерію "створювального задоволення" в умовах глобальної цифровізації економіки

Abstract

UA: На сучасному етапі, в умовах глобальної транзиції від індустріального до постіндустріального суспільства, посилення агресивної конкурентної динаміки, інтенсивна цифровізація світової економіки, а також правовий режим воєнного стану в Україні детермінують трансформацію парадигми забезпечення економічної безпеки суб'єктів господарювання. У цих новітніх умовах трансформується сутнісний зміст концепції економічної безпеки. Аналіз світового науково–технічного прогресу дозволяє беззаперечно стверджувати, що інноваційні розробки, особливо у сфері інформаційно– комунікаційних (ІТ) технологій, визначають ключовий вектор економічного розвитку. Водночас, вітчизняні суб'єкти господарювання наразі не демонструють високого рівня цифрової зрілості (цифровізації). Відтак, з огляду на перманентну появу інноваційних бізнес–моделей, трансформацію спектру ризиків та поточний макроекономічний стан України, імперативною є розробка такої моделі стратегічного управління економічною безпекою підприємств, яка б комплексно враховувала усі тенденції розвитку національної економіки та вимоги (виклики), що їх генерує глобальний прогрес. Головною проблемою, вирішеною у межах статті, стало усунення теоретичного та методологічного неузгодження між класичними концепціями економічної безпеки та новими реаліями, спричиненими Четвертою промисловою революцією (Індустрія 4.0). Традиційні підходи виявилися недостатніми для адекватної оцінки та протидії загрозам, що виникають у високотехнологічному цифровому середовищі, де ключовим активом є інформація, а головним ризиком - кібератаки. Таким чином, основне завдання полягало у систематизації, критичному аналізі та концептуальному поглибленні категоріально-понятійного апарату ЕБП, що є необхідною передумовою для розробки нових стратегій управління. Удосконалено теоретичні основи змісту поняття економічна безпека підприємства, яке на відміну від інших враховує умови цифрової економіки та базується на критеріях створювального задоволення.

EN: At the current stage, the context of the global transition from an industrial to a post-industrial society, the intensification of aggressive competitive dynamics, the intensive digitalization of the world economy, and the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine determine the transformation of the paradigm for ensuring the economic security of economic entities. In these novel conditions, the essential content of the economic security concept is being transformed. The analysis of global scientific and technological progress allows for the unequivocal assertion that innovative developments, especially in the field of information and communication (IT) technologies, define the key vector of economic development. At the same time, domestic economic entities currently do not demonstrate a high level of digital maturity (digitalization). Consequently, given the permanent emergence of innovative business models, the transformation of the risk spectrum, and the current macroeconomic situation in Ukraine, it is imperative to develop a model for strategic management of enterprise economic security that comprehensively accounts for all trends in the development of the national economy and the demands (challenges) generated by global progress. The main problem solved within the scope of the article was the elimination of the theoretical and methodological inconsistency between classical concepts of economic security and the new realities caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0). Traditional approaches proved insufficient for the adequate assessment and counteraction to threats arising in a high-tech digital environment, where the key asset is information and the main risk cyberattacks. Thus, the main task was the systematization, critical analysis, and conceptual deepening of the categoricalconceptual apparatus of EBP, which is a prerequisite for the development of new management strategies. The theoretical foundations of the concept of enterprise economic security have been improved, and unlike others, this concept considers the conditions of the digital economy and is based on the criterion of value-creating satisfaction.
