Managing innovative changes in railway transport enterprises in the context of global turbulence

Abstract

Geopolitical conflicts, economic instability caused by both geostrategic contradictions between states and a general deterioration in trade and economic relations and inflationary pressure, technological revolutions, and the widening digital divide between regions further exacerbate the problem of global turbulence, the impact of which is felt by businesses through disruptions in logistics chains, exchange rate instability, rising energy costs, and restricted access to international markets. These challenges are particularly acute in the Ukrainian economy, which is on the front line of military instability and is suffering from multidimensional pressure – destruction of infrastructure, disruption of production chains, loss of human capital, and limited access to external markets.
