dc.description.abstractIn the system of performance indicators for unequal-energy complex signal ensembles in ultra-wideband code-division multiple access systems, the structural efficiency indicator and the energy fairness indicator are introduced as characteristics suitable for selection, comparison, and ranking of complex signal ensembles [1]. In the multilevel functional model, these indicators are related to the structural and energy levels of the system, while their further use is extended to the power-channel and system levels [2]. Based on these indicators, a procedure for admission of a new user is proposed. The procedure consists in selecting a free complex signal through the formation and evaluation of candidate ensembles.uk_UA
