UA: Загальновідомим є факт, що ступінь активності та швидкості розвитку інвестіміджу Причорноморського регіону залежить від тісної взаємодії державних і регіональних органів влади. Стан стрімкого зростання інвестіміджу країн світу зумовлюється ефективністю інноваційної політики уряду та терміном її впровадження на макро- та макрорівні. Такі заходи повинні носити системний, стратегічний характер і забезпечувати формування глобальної сучасної конкурентоспроможної держави. Стаття містить аналіз умов привабливості Причорноморського регіону. Надається інноваційна думка розвитку інфраструктури Причорноморського регіону через оптимізацію інвестіміджа та перебудову існуючих компаній у сучасні компанії нового покоління.

EN: It is a well-known fact that the degree of activity and speed of investment development of the Black Sea region depends on the close interaction of state and regional authorities. The state of rapid growth of investmentborder countries of the world is conditioned by the effectiveness of the government's innovation policy and the timing of its implementation at the macro and macro levels. Such measures should be systemic, strategic in nature and ensure the formation of a globally modern competitive state. The article consists of an analysis of the conditions of attractiveness of the Black Sea region. The innovative view of the Black Sea region infrastructure development is given through optimization of investment image and reorganization of existing companies into modern companies of the new generation. Factors on the emergence of new forms and methods in the business environment of countries, regions, large corporations and innovative requirements for modern leadership are proposed. Ways of state stimulation of investment development among leading countries of the world are analyzed. Specific features and potential recommendations for balanced development of the Black Sea region.
