Формування стратегії іноваційного розвитку для підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах формування високошвидкісного руху

UA: У статті розглянуті особливості формування інноваційної стратегії розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах високошвидкісного руху. Проаналізовані основні види інноваційних стратегій, та надані рекомендації, щодо удосконалення методики їх вибору. Утворення ПАТ «Укрзалізниці» потребує грунтівних досліджень щодо розширення та впровадження в практику новітніх розробок. EN: In the light of globalization and the rapid formation of a new society, which increasingly covers Ukraine every year, the issue of competitiveness of enterprises is becoming increasingly important. This is especially true in the conditions of the expected formation of high-speed traffic. Not depending on the form of ownership and kind of activity, the enterprise can successfully compete only with the use of new products or processes of their production and consumption. Such activity plays a key role in the functioning of the enterprise and has an innovative character. That is, innovative development allows to ensure profitability, competitive advantages and high rates of development of enterprises. The issue of innovation improvement of enterprises is one of the main points in the development plan of Ukraine as a whole. However, as you know, innovative development requires a certain sequence, that is, the developed strategy of activity. Each company is a unique mechanism, with a certain set of features that need attention. That is why it is not possible to use the same development strategy for all enterprises. It is necessary to develop it depending on the features of the enterprise. As for the railway companies, in this case the issue of developing an innovation strategy needs to be given special attention, since it is a matter of enterprises of strategic importance.
