Розвиток інтелектуального потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: В умовах формування інноваційної моделі розвитку економіки вирішальним чинником економічного зростання дедалі більше стає інтелектуальний потенціал, який є не лише складовою частиною процесу виробництва, а й рушійною силою його розвитку. Осторонь проблематики розвитку інтелектуального потенціалу не залишаються і підприємства залізничного транспорту. Процес розвитку інтелектуального потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту повинен вміщувати підготовку, прийняття та реалізацію відповідних управлінських рішень, спрямованих на його ефективне використання, що сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоспроможності та досягнення поставлених цілей підприємства.

EN: In the context of the formation of an innovative model of economic development, the decisive factor of economic growth is increasingly the intellectual potential, which is not only an integral part of the production process, but also the driving force of its development. The development of intellectual potential and its effective use not only serves as the basis for the formation of the information economy in Ukraine, based on intellectual and information technologies, but also becomes the basis of quality of life, including income, consumption, environmental protection, the formation of personality. The actual intellectual products generating new ideas, solves problems of limited newtworking resources, goods, services, jobs, preserving the environment and raising the standard of living of the population. The problems of intellectual potential development are not left to the side of railway transport enterprises. Railway transport is an important part of the production infrastructure of the economy of Ukraine and occupies a leading place in meeting the needs of the population and public production in transportation. The process of development of the intellectual potential of railway transport enterprises should include the preparation, adoption and implementation of appropriate management decisions aimed at its effective use, which will enhance the competitiveness and achieve the goals of the enterprise.
