Фінансово-правові аспекти процесу інтеграції України до Tранс-Європейської транспортної мережі ТЕМ-Т

Abstract

UA: У статті визначено, що за умов ефективного використання можливостей транскордонної співпраці транзитний потенціал України може стати джерелом інвестиційних ресурсів та фактором економічного зростання, суттєво впливаючи на основні галузі національної економіки. Проведено аналіз фінансово-правових відносин в процесі інтеграції України до Транс-Європейської транспортної мережі ТЕМ-Т.

EN: It is certain in the article, that on condition of the effective use of possibilities of transfrontal collaboration transit potential of Ukraine can become the source of investment resources and factor of the economy growing, substantially influencing on basic industries of national economy. The new tasks of forming of transport zones and development of МТК appeared with expansion of ЕС. The new multimodal Trans- of European transport system that includes all types of transport is formed in Europe, the new wide-range plan of development of TEМ-Т. The analysis of financially-legal relations is conducted in the process of integration of Ukraine in Тranseuropean a transport network of ТЕМ-Т.
