Кластерний підхід до формування інтегрованої транспортнологістичної системи

Abstract

UA: В роботі з позиції кластерного підходу розглянуто методологічні основи формування інтегрованої транспортно-логістичної системи в Україні. Приведено визначення транспортно-логістичного кластеру, проаналізовано структурні елементи кластерної моделі, переваги і принципи створення кластерів. Розглянуто етапи створення транспортно-логістичного кластеру та рівні формування інтегрованої транспортно-логістичної системи. Наведена методологічна основа формування транспортно-логістичного кластеру на базі регіональних транспортно-логістичних центрів.

EN: The article describes the methodological basis for the formation of integrated transport and logistics system in Ukraine from the position of the cluster approach. Contains definitions of transport and logistics cluster, consider the structural elements of the cluster model, noted the benefits of creating clusters. The basic principles of creating clusters benefits. Found that the development of transport and logistics clusters in some regions will solve the problem of increasing the competitiveness of the national economy and transit potential, which ultimately lead to the integration of the transport system of Ukraine in the global transportation system on the principles of competition, transparency, efficiency, standardization and security. The stages of creating a transport and logistics cluster, consider a model of the formation of a single integrated national transport and logistics system based on the formation of the axial approach of the territorial space of the country. The basis of the strategic axes are trade hubs, which are located in the transport and logistics centers, which interact with the regional transport and logistics systems and clusters. Discusses the methodological basis for the formation of transport and logistics cluster on the basis of regional logistic centers. Creation of an integrated transport and logistics system based on the cluster approach will provide a cross-functional and inter-organizational coordination and integration of participants and partners of regional transport and logistics system and further innovative development.
