Теоретичні підходи до управління інноваційним розвитком залізничного транспорту України

Abstract

UA: Стаття присвячена удосконаленню управління інноваційним розвитком на залізничному транспорті України,.У статті розглядаються проблеми управління інноваційним розвитком на залізничному транспорті України та пріоритеті напрямки управління інноваційною діяльністю на залізничному транспорті України. Також розглянуті і проаналізовані сучасні напрямки управління інноваційною діяльністю і виділений головний напрям інноваційної діяльності на залізничному транспорті України. Для вирішення проблем управління інноваційним діяльністю залізничного транспорту України запропонована необхідність вирішення сучасних завдань. EN: The article deals with the improvement of innovation development in railway transport of Ukraine . This paper addresses the problem of innovation development in railway transport of Ukraine and the priority areas of innovation management in railway transport of Ukraine. The current trends of innovation management also reviewed and analyzed and is the main trend of innovative activity in railway transport of Ukraine highlighted .They are the creation and further improvements and speed, and then the high-speed highways. To solve the problems of innovative development of railway transport of Ukraine it was suggested: to attract innovative technologies that are associated primarily with the creation of high speed rail lines ; improve the Ukrainian legislation in innovative development of railway transport and the mechanism of its implementation; establish an effective system of innovation management of Ukrzaliznitsa and develop an of innovative development program of railway transport of Ukraine.
