Формування стратегії державного регулювання створення та функціонування промислово-логістичної системи

Abstract

UA: Відправною точкою при розробці стратегії державного регулювання повинна стати науково обґрунтована і детально описана концепція. Враховуючи теоретичні основи промислово-логістичної інтеграції підприємств промисловості та значення її в процесі забезпечення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняного промислового виробництва як основи соціально-економічного розвитку в Україні, головною метою стратегії слід вважати формування промислово-логістичної системи як базису для створення високотехнологічної, наукомісткої, ефективної та конкурентоспроможної за європейськими стандартами промисловості. Визначено заходи державного регулювання формування та функціонування промислово-логістичної системи, які оформлено у відповідну стратегію. Розроблено етапність реалізації стратегії.

EN: It is proved that the starting point in the development strategy of state regulation should be scientifically justified and described in detail the concept. It is only on the basis considering factors external and internal environment it is possible to determine the main objective of the strategy and to develop an effective strategy of state regulation. Given the theoretical foundations of industrial and logistics integration of industrial enterprises and their importance in ensuring the competitiveness of domestic industrial production as the basis of socioeconomic development in Ukraine, the main aim of the strategy should be considered as the formation of the industrial and logistics system as the basis for developing high-tech, high-tech, efficient and competitive by European standards of the industry. Defined measures of state regulation of formation and functioning of industrial and logistics systems, which are designed in an appropriate strategy. Defined terms and tools of strategy implementation at the state level. Developed stages of implementation of the strategy of state regulation of formation and functioning of industrial and logistics systems.
