UA: Для створення ефективної мережі та успішного здійснення логістичної діяльності, необхідне проведення ретельного проектування побудови логістичних систем на промислових підприємствах. Стратегічна логістика, виходячи з довгострокових цілей підприємства, здатна істотно змінити всю системну організацію підприємства. Будь-які логістичні перетворення супроводжуються значними витратами, тому вимагають реалізації послідовної і розгорнутої в просторі й часі програми заходів, які одночасно є комплексом необхідних соціально-економічних, організаційно-технічних, інформаційних, правових, кадрових та інших передумов створення повноцінного логістичного забезпечення діючих структур.
