Проблеми розвитку та функціонування підприємств залізничного транспорту в сучасних умовах та шляхи їх подолання

Abstract

UA: Забезпечення конкурентоспроможності залізничного транспорту потребує здійснення комплексу заходів, націлених на вдосконалення організаційно-виробничої структури, поглиблення комерційних відносин між підприємствами залізничної галузі, застосування економічних методів управління, створення внутрішнього конкурентного середовища серед операторів перевезень. Розглянуті основні проблемні питання, які стримують належний розвиток процесу залізничних перевезень. Аналіз перспектив розвитку та функціонування залізничної галузі, незважаючи на негативні фактори в економіці, вказує на перспективи подальшого збільшення вантажних та пасажирських перевезень, які можливі за умов розв'язання взаємопов'язаних задач.

EN: Competitiveness of rail transport in all developed countries have implemented a range of measures aimed at improvement of organizational and production structure, deepening trade relations among enterprises of the railway industry, the use of economic methods of management, the creation of the internal competitive environment among operators of transport. Considered are the main problems that hinder the proper development of the process of railway transportation. The geographical position of Ukraine provides a unique opportunity to establish on its territory the largest in Eastern Europe transit capacity with extensive use of all modes of transport. Annually observed an increasing volume of transport by rail, however, remain unsolved problems that constrain growing over the volume and quality of transport demand. The most important problem of modern railway transport of Ukraine is to increase its competitiveness in the market of transport services. Its successful solution may be implemented only through a fundamental restructuring of the railway transport taking into account experience of leading countries, the gradual privatization, which will create conditions for its adaptation to market relations. One of the main negative factors influencing this process is the issue of cross financing and the organization of passenger transportations. Analysis of prospects of development and functioning of the railway industry, despite the negative factors in the economy, says the prospects for further increase in cargo and passenger transportations, which are possible provided the solution of related tasks.
