Методика оцінки кадрового потенціалу служби залізниці

Abstract

UA: В статті удосконалено методику оцінки кадрового потенціалу для служби залізниці шляхом визначення питомих вагів значущості часткових показників за допомогою експертних оцінок (метод Дельфі). Найбільш важливими для оцінки кадрового потенціалу служби залізниці виявилися показники освіти, творчої активності персоналу, навчання персоналу, підвищення кваліфікації та плинності кадрів. Виконано розрахунки за матеріалами служби матеріально-технічного постачання Донецької залізниці у 2010 – 2014 рр.

EN: In the article it is found out on the basis of analysis of existent determinations, that skilled potential of railway transport - it totality of possibilities of workers of railway transport to execute the duties maximally effectively and to produce high-quality transport and other services, works, products for satisfaction of necessities of economy and population in freight and passenger transportations and receipt arrived. Methodology of estimation of skilled potential is also improved for service of railway by determination of specific scales of meaningfulness of private indexes. Specific weight of meaningfulness certain by means of expert estimations (Delphy method ). The calculations are executed on materials of service of material-supply of the Donetsk railway in 2010 – 2014.
