Фінансовий лізинг як найефективніша форма залучення інвестицій в залізничну галузь

UA: В статті наголошено на актуальності питань фінансування програм оновлення та модернізації основних засобів залізничного транспорту, розглянуто можливі варіанти фінансування оновлення основних фондів залізниць України в умовах реформування залізничного транспорту та наголошено на ефективності застосування фінансового лізингу, як одного з джерел інвестиційного розвитку Укрзалізниці, виділено його переваги порівняно з кредитуванням.

EN: The article noted that the development of the railway industry is largely due to its current technical condition and financial situation. Without the development and implementation of comprehensive modernization and renewal of fixed assets in the near future may fall in transport demand reduction and displacement of other competitors from the market of transport services. That is why in the context of limited investment resources special importance is the problem of finding sources of their formation. The article emphasized the urgency of financing programs update and modernize rail transport assets, the possible options for financing replacement of fixed assets of railways of Ukraine in restructuring the railway transport and emphasized on the efficiency of financial leasing as a source of investment of Ukrzaliznytsia, highlighted its advantages over credit.
