розвитку кадрового потенціалу та визначених напрямків необхідного впливу державних структур, що здійснюють роботу
з кадровими ресурсами на державному і галузевому рівнях. EN: Problems and prospects are explored are related to development of skilled potential of machine-building complex. The built model of development of skilled potential of machine-building complex taking into account the offered principles of development of skilled potential and definite directions of the necessary influencing of state structures, that carry out work with skilled resources at a state and of a particular branch level. |
