| Abstract: | UA: У статті розглянуто основні маркетингово-логістичні
підходи до планування та управління якістю транспортного
обслуговування вантажовласників з метою підвищення рівня
конкурентоспроможності залізниць. Визначено, що ефективним
інструментом планування, контролю та управління сучасними вантажними перевезеннями є транспортна логістика. В роботі
наведено експертне порівняння варіантів перевезення вантажів різними
видами транспорту. EN: In the article the basic marketing and logistical approaches to planning and quality management of transport services for cargo owners in order to increase the competitiveness of the railways are considered. It is determined that an effective instrument for planning, monitoring and management of modern freight is transport logistics. We give a comparison of experts about variants of cargo transportation by different modes of transport. |
