Аналіз технічного стану кузовів пасажирських вагонів

Abstract

UA: В статті розглянуті питання технічного стану кузовів пасажирських вагонів та проведений аналіз їх зносу. Через обмеженість придбання нових пасажирських вагонів у необхідній кількості, для запобігання скорочення інвентарного парку, як один із напрямків розвитку, необхідно визначити нові підходи з продовження існуючого нормативного терміну служби пасажирських вагонів, що вичерпали ресурс, за рахунок удосконалення технології технічного обслуговування та ремонту вагонів. В ситуації, яка склалася, актуальною являється проблема забезпечення робото спроможності та підтримування надійного технічного стану наявного вагонного парку пасажирських вагонів через проведення капітально-відновлювальних ремонтів, в тому числі з модернізацією і продовженням терміну служби.

EN: Railway transport is one of the most important branches of the national economy of Ukraine. It provides production and non-production needs of material production, non-productive sphere, as well as population in all types of transportation. The main resource, which provides the efficiency of economic activity in the field of passenger transportation, is a rolling stock. The advantages of this type of transport are high traffic and low fares. In the article the questions of the technical state of bodies of passenger cars are considered and the analysis of their wear is carried out. Due to the limited availability of new passenger cars in the required quantity, in order to prevent the reduction of inventory pairs as one of the areas of development, it is necessary to identify new approaches for extending the existing normative term of service of passenger cars that have exhausted the resource by improving the technology of maintenance and repair wagons In the current situation, the problem of ensuring the robot's ability and maintaining a reliable technical condition of the existing railroad car fleet of passenger cars through capital repairs, including upgrading and extending the service life, is relevant.
