Підвищення конкурентоспроможності залізничного транспорту на ринку транспортних послуг за рахунок високошвидкісного руху

Abstract

UA: Одним із підходів поліпшення якості роботи залізничного транспорту є впровадження заходів, спрямованих на задоволення соціальних потреб національної економіки, що дасть змогу залізничному транспорту отримати нові конкурентні переваги. У статті зазначено, що одним із таких підходів є впровадження високошвидкісного руху, зокрема для пасажирського сполучення. Визначено, що впровадження швидкісних перевезень може мати прямий вплив на підвищення конкурентоспроможності залізничного транспорту за рахунок клієнторієнтовності, а саме скорочення терміну поїздки, часу відправлення і прибуття та рівня комфорту.

EN: One of the approaches to improve the quality of rail transport is the introduction of measures aimed at meeting the social needs of the national economy, which will allow the rail transport to gain new competitive advantages. In recent years, rail transport has lost its advantages in the market of transport services, giving way to road and air transport. This happened due to the fact that the volume of passenger traffic is influenced by a group of competitive factors. The article states that one of such approaches is the introduction of high-speed traffic, in particular for passenger traffic. It is determined that the introduction of high-speed traffic can have a direct impact on improving the competitiveness of rail transport due to customer-centeredness, namely, if the passengers are satisfied with the duration of the trip, the time of departure and arrival, and the level of comfort. It should be noted that the use of high-speed communication on domestic railways will promote the development of production and trade and increase living standards in the country.
